The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They even took care of us when we returned back to the hotel, from an overnight trip, just to get a cab to the airport. The free laptop in the room with internet was also great. The shower with lighting and music was awesome.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helped us as much as they could. Even before we arrived, we contacted them through email and they booked the Halong Bay cruise for us. The room was superb! Huge bed, hydro massage, very clean... and everything at a great value! I would definitely stay there again...
There is a building under construction right next to the hotel. This is not the hotel's fault but it was a bit noisy in the morning.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered were superb. The rooms were big and clean. Better than expected
The travel packages offered were quite expensive. Communication problem as I dont speak Vietnamese and the staff's english can be really confusing. The hotel is as good for lodging and no more.

We loved the location of the hotel which is in the Old Quarter and near to the lake and Church. There are many cafes close by . The street was a nice quiet one for this city. We felt very comfortable walking around the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We loved the scale of the place, small and appeared to be family run. Great breakfast supplied. We booked tours through them which was great.
